Portuguese (Portugal) Lyrics
Lyrics meaning
The speaker is furious with someone who will not listen, keeps interfering, and seems unwilling to show respect. The anger builds from sharp insults and demands to leave, toward a brief call for people to think before speaking and treat others respectfully. Even then, the speaker feels trapped in the same exhausting conflict, unable to communicate or escape it.
“Mosh” refers to a chaotic, tightly packed crowd dancing at a heavy-music performance, so being “caught in a mosh” can suggest feeling stuck in confusion and aggression. “Talking to you is like clapping with one hand” is an image of something impossible: a conversation cannot work when only one person is trying. Calling the exchange a “theater of hate” suggests that the argument has become a repeated, almost staged performance rather than a real effort to understand each other.
The lyrics may describe a particular clash, but they do not explain who the other person is or what caused the dispute. The speaker’s insults show how intense the frustration has become, while the advice to think and give respect hints at a wish for a better way to deal with conflict. The repeated refrain leaves the outcome unresolved: the speaker recognizes the trap but remains inside it.
