Using LyricDive

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13, meet any higher minimum age required in your location, and have any legally required parent or guardian permission. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, harass others, upload harmful material, bypass access controls or quotas, exploit invitations with fake accounts, or interfere with the service. Automated access that overloads the website or evades restrictions is not permitted. Use published sharing and playback features responsibly.

Lyrics, music, and translations

Lyrics, recordings, videos, artwork, and other third-party material remain the property of their respective rights holders. Making material available in the catalogue does not mean it is in the public domain or grant you permission to reproduce or distribute it. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required for your intended use.

AI-generated translations, language labels, learning levels, and public-domain classifications can be inaccurate. They are learning aids, not professional advice or legal determinations. Lyric timing and video matching may also be imperfect. We do not guarantee any particular interpretation, synchronization, or learning outcome.

Your content and playlists

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You give LyricDive permission to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the features you use, including sharing content when you make it public. Submit only material you are entitled to use. Public content and shared links can be accessed or copied by others.

Translation limits and invitations

Translation availability, daily limits, invitation rewards, and eligibility rules may vary by account and may change. Invitation rewards have no cash value. We may withhold or reverse rewards obtained through abuse. Existing translations may be reused instead of generating a new version; not every request will produce a new translation.

Third-party services

External services may have separate terms and may become unavailable. By using YouTube features, you also agree to the YouTube terms of service. We do not control third-party videos, advertisements, or external websites. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled.

Copyright and other rights requests

If you believe material on LyricDive infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the relevant page URLs, identification of the work, an explanation of your rights or authority to act, and contact details. We may request further information and restrict or remove material while reviewing a claim. Please do not submit knowingly false claims.

Availability and account restrictions

We may update, interrupt, or discontinue features, and restrict accounts or content for violations, security risks, or legal requirements. Where appropriate and permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact us about a restriction. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion by email.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free content. To that same extent, LyricDive is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
