Yeah, yeah, mm
Ay, 2000, E-S-T
Yeah, that's that O-C-O-E-E
Yeah, yeah-yeah, yeah-yeah
Wake up in the mornin', go to God first
If you ask me how I changed, I put God first
How I made it through this pain, I put God first
God first, I put God first
World tellin' me to put my job first (I can't)
Love my family and friends, but it's God first (I love y'all)
Even when I fall, like it's clockwork (it's clockwork)
He gon' take my sin and chuck it like some Converse
(Huh) I don't put nobody else above (I don't)
(Huh) thank You for Your mercy and Your love (Love)
(Huh) I don't put nobody else above (I don't)
(Huh) God, You sit on the throne, I ain't pickin' up my phone 'til I -
Wake up in the mornin', go to God first (God first)
If you ask me how I changed, I put God first (I put God first)
How I made it through this pain, I put God first (God first)
God first (God first), I put God first (I put God first)
(Yeah) iPhone tryna make me scroll first
Try chasin' all the lights, but it won't work (no, it won't)
(Yeah) love from the world made my soul hurt (it made it hurt)
Got with Jesus, and He showed me how my soul worked
(Huh) I don't put nobody else above
(Huh) thank You for Your mercy and Your love
(Huh) I don't put nobody else above
God, You sit on the throne, I ain't pickin' up my phone 'til I -
Wake up in the mornin', go to God first (God first)
(Pick it up, pick it up) if you ask me how I changed, I put God first (I put God first)
(Pick it up, pick it up) how I made it through this pain, I put God first (God first)
God first (God first), I put God first (I put God first)
Watch how I send up a praise (pick it up, pick it up)
Watch how I send up a praise (pick it up, pick it up)
Watch how I send up a praise
Watch how I send up a praise
Wake up in the mornin', go to God first (I go to God first)
If you ask me how I changed, I put God first
How I made it through this pain, I put God first
God first, I put God first
