Relax your body
Relax your mind
Close your eyes and feel peace within
Imagine yourself at a doorway
Within all is dim and echoing
You enter the room and all is still
Then, as you look above you
A vast sea of space is lit by a million stars
Watching the starry forms one light catches your eye
A star of power, a star of love, a star of wisdom
ย
You are as transfixed on this star
Its light is drawn into your heart, and then your body
From there it branches out to the poles of the equator
And then inwards to the core of the planet
ย
There, at the very centre of the earth
You see brilliant rays being sent in all directions
You follow the brightest
And all at once you are flung into the stillness and depths of space
