Yeah, I think that's a really good point because
I think when people do start to make that transition
They often make it with a lot of anxiety
And so, um, you know, I think that people
Need to be prepared for that transition
Um, and I think that there are a lot of different things
That people can do to help them feel more comfortable
Um, you know, one of the things that we try and do at Enlist is, uh
We work with people to reduce their
Anxiety around financial decisions
So that could mean, you know, helping people to
Better understand their budgets or, um, helping them
To save for a down payment, um, things like that
So there are a lot of different strategies that
We can use to help people feel more comfortable
When they're making these types of decisions
Yeah
And I think that's really important, right?
Because I think a lot of times when people are young and they're
Making these types of decisions, um, it can be really scary
Um, you know, what, uh, what if I make a mistake?
What if I make a bad decision?
What if I end up not being able to afford this?
You know, all those things can be really scary
Um, and they can be really hard to deal with
And so, um, having someone who's an expert in that field that
You can go to for help and support can be really helpful
And also, you know, just making sure that you understand what your
Options are and what your rights are can also help with that anxiety
Yeah, I think that's great advice
Especially when you're first starting out
Um, so I want to talk to you a little bit
About another topic, and that is student loans
So you mentioned that you were able to pay
For your education in full with student loans
Can you talk a little bit more about your experience with
Student loans and how it impacted you as a young person?
Sure
So I did my undergraduate degree at
University of Utah in Salt Lake City
Um, and so I graduated in 2002
Um, and so when I was doing my graduate work, um
I was able to save enough money where I didn't have
To take out any student loans to pay for my degree
And so I was able to go to Utah and attend U of U and
Get my bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
And I was able to pay off my school with no problem
