Don't feel like going to the gym or work or doing anything? Listen to this!
At all times when it's easy to capitulate
Or the days when it's raining, cold, and dark
Or when your body is still reeling in pain from your previous workout
Or when you're lacking in both sleep and motivation
You must remember why you're doing this
Fight for what you desire
A better physique or relationship, or financial freedom
People depend on you, so don't let them down
Be the role model that will inspire the next generation
Do you want a life of mediocrity or be regarded as a model of perseverance?
Your situation will not change until you decide to change it
Stop complaining about it, if you're not willing to change anything
Life will always bring drama and chaos
But it's up to you to choose how you react
Of course, it's tempting to procrastinate and live your dreams through TV or social media
Give your all - your blood, your sweat, and tears
You can choose shortcuts that will lead to later failures
Or consume bad products and reap the damages later
Or even drink and party while giving up on your future self
I want you to remember these words
When you're in the gym and you think you have given it your all
This is the time when you have to dig deeper and finish your set
When you finish your workday and just feel like resting
This is the time when you should pick up a book
If it were easy, everyone would do it. But you're different
You have courage deep inside you, a faith that can move mountains
Make the commitment to always give your best, your whole self, whatever the circumstances may be
There are always two voices talking to you
One is interested in short-term pleasure, while consistently avoiding pain and encouraging you to procrastinate
The second voice is pushing you to go, encouraging you to never give up, and convincing you to overcome every obstacle in your path
To develop great character, feed your mind daily, with good and positive content
Reading or listening to an audiobook is a great way to access priceless information
You can always do it on your own but it's easier to surround yourself with a supportive community
people who share your values and will hold you accountable
It's important to set clear goals and objectives
Know when you're on the right track or when you need to adjust
It's good to cheer for your team, but it's even better to be on the pitch
It's good to watch a movie, but it's better to be an actor in your own life
Boxing is entertaining to watch, but it's better to know how to fight
It's better to be the commander of your destiny than the spectator of your existence
What is stopping you from exercising regularly? You don't have to go to the gym, do it at home
What is stopping you from eating well? Educate yourself about what to eat
What is stopping you from getting enough sleep? Get up and go to bed early
What prevents you from having a secondary income? Make an effort to acquire a useful skill
Now is the time to work hard so you can be proud later
Now is the time for you to give your all so you have no regrets later
This chance is unique
Uniquely you will be recognized as a reliable person
People will finally see you for who you are
Someone that always keeps his word
