Lyrics
Me and the guys had nothing to do
So we borrowed an old guitar
I've been hooked on since
Rocking away from love
Till my dying days
Well, I had just a try
Now I'm bound
So easy to pick up
Hard to put down
Sitting in the back room after the gig
Dying for a real cold drink
The waitress said, "It's your lucky day"
And a gin and tonic came my way
And I had just a sip
Now I'm bound
So easy to pick up
Hard to put down
Hanging in the bar around midnight
With an old man smoking cigar
He offered me to try just one puff
Now I can't seem to get enough
Well, I had just a taste
Now I'm bound
So easy to pick up
Hard to put down
Later that night in the comfort lounge
I was talking to a little girl
It was getting late
I brought her to my room
Now she's my bride and I'm her groom
Well, I had just a bit
Now I'm bound
So easy to pick up
Hard to put down
So easy to pick up
Hard to put down
