I donโt know who I should vote for
'Cause Iโve only seen them talking on TV
But Iโve never met their mother
Never had the chance to tell them what I think
I donโt know which one is better
Each one says the other wouldnโt serve us well
So, Iโm filling out my ticket
Writing in a new name
Voting for myself
I
I want to be the president
I want to be my own president
Thatโs what Iโve gotta be
So I
Iโm gonna be the president
The president of the united states of me
I wish I knew them when they were
Still in school, and not so good at looking good
Now theyโre way too good at hiding
What they really think
By saying what they should
I
I want to be the president
I want to be my own president
Thatโs what Iโve gotta be
So I
Iโm gonna be the president
The president of the united states of me
So I voted
And I won
Now Iโm the only one responsible for me
In a country full of people that all ought to be
President
We've got to be presidents
No matter who's the President
We've gotta all take the lead
So I
Iโm gonna be the president
The president of the united states of me
I donโt know who I should vote for
Iโm already elected
Who else wants to be
