Yeah, Jesus. We open up our hearts to You
Come on, if you're ready to receive Him tonight, just lift your hands
He's inviting us into His presence
(Instrumental build-up)
There is a table set before me
In the presence of my enemies
You pour Your oil upon my head
My cup is running over, yeah
You call me closer to Your side
Where all my fears are cast aside
In the secret place, I find my rest
By Your goodness, I am blessed
This is the invitation to the Holy place
Where we look upon Your beauty, see You face to face
We are drawing nearer, casting crowns aside
To the King of Glory, the lover of my soul
Oh-oh-oh, the lover of my soul
You lead me by the quiet waters
You restore my weary soul again
Even through the darkest valley, Lord
I will trust You till the very end
This is the invitation to the Holy place
Where we look upon Your beauty, see You face to face
We are drawing nearer, casting crowns aside
To the King of Glory, the lover of my soul
Here is my heart, Lord, let it be a shrine
A place where Your glory and Your presence align
(Choir joins)
Here is my heart, Lord, let it be a shrine
A place where Your glory and Your presence align
(Repeat Bridge)
Oh, we cry Holy. We invite You in, Lord
Have Your way in this place. There is no one like You, Jesus
We draw near. We draw near to You
This is the invitation to the Holy place
Where we look upon Your beauty, see You face to face
We are drawing nearer, casting crowns aside
To the King of Glory, the lover of my soul
The lover of my soul
We love You, Jesus
(Instrumental fades out)
