Don't be sad
Don't you cry
Just let go of your pain
And when you fall asleep
Know tomorrow's new day
Don't be sad
Don't you cry
Just let go of your pain
And when you fall asleep
Know tomorrow's new day
I know what's it like
Feel like you're going through all of the motions
To get to the life you've been thinking about why
Wake up again and the souning so
Hopeless inside of your mind
But you always try
You do the shit that they tell you to heal
It's not hitting and now you started thinking it's lies
Nobody sees all the ways that you're screaming
But put on a smile to hide what's inside
I've been writing these songs as a message to all of the ones
That I love and the fans that I save
They send me a message to tell me they fell less alone
When they're hearing the words that I say
So, go listen to this
I'm 'a share all my secrets I learn
From my time when they locked me away
Don't let the past of the future control you
There's only one moment and it's here today
When our backs on the wall and it's nowhere to go
These the moments that leading us back to our home
Cause you see that even in space
When you feel aimless you really are never alone
And you'll make it out stronger than ever
My last of the lessons to tell you
I promise it passed
When you deep hell
There's no way that it gets any worse
So, just stop and then be where you are at
Don't be sad
Don't you cry
Just let go of your pain
And when you fall asleep
Know tomorrow's new day
Don't be sad
Don't you cry
Just let go of your pain
And when you fall asleep
Know tomorrow's new day
I've been felt lost and I done felt free
Lost my heart and got all my dreams
Been so long since I done felt peace
Yeah, it's been so long since I done felt me
But it's part of the ride
Felt it inside
Like the kid who sat back in the class uninspired
Thinking about how he been wasting his time
Got his mind on forever
They trapped him inside
But his mind on the sky
Wanting to fly
Started to isolate days at a time
Go on write lyrics inside of his mind
And sneak out of that house to recite them to five
People that listen in rhymes
And written in choirs
And dividends
Man on a mission
I feel like I just rediscovered my path
And can write from that place
Like that kid in the back
Filled up with honesty
All in my lungs
I just feel tired of holding my tongue
Wanna inspire but feel like I'm done
I feel everything leaving me, everything numb
Wrote me a song and I wrote me a dozen
And everyone hitting me like they been loving it
Wonder if they even know how the trouble
I felt the past year of my life been a struggle
To keep in my mind
Felt like the time slowly
Been ticking and drifting offline
I can't escape but I see that you're trying to
Take away friends I done know my whole life
Trying to take away pain that you hide
Trying to save you but you wanna die
Lies amazing when you give them time
But today's a new day
So get out of my mind
Don't be sad
Don't you cry
Just let go of your pain
And when you fall asleep
Know tomorrow's new day
Don't be sad
Don't you cry
Just let go of your pain
And when you fall asleep
Know tomorrow's new day
