I can tell that you don't feel good.
(I know you feel like shit but me too.)
I guess you're not alone.
(I can relate, let me be your voice for you.)
His name was Erin, tears flowing, 17 years old
His SAT's his parents had him preparing for
High school homie hangin' with kids who's older
Little dudes really got a chip on his shoulder
His parents just got divorced, (fuck) they selfish as fuck
Got him testifying in court, of course, awful thoughts
Of all sorts drown his memory,
His pops used to get drunk and beat the shit up out of his whole family
So him and his pops they both stayed drunk
But dude was naturally smart and managed to keep his grades up
The young girls loved him, it kinda helped the healing
But inside he always kept this empty feeling
But he also kept a 9-milli
And vented to a pen pal on the net he knew from south Philly
But he was from Brooklyn and his last letter said,
This is a suicide note to my only friend,
I'm better off dead and now he's gone
Her name was Carrie, her husband's named Barry
And in the beginning of 2001's when they got married
To be with each other for life and now they except it
Right after the marriage they found out that she was pregnant
And they both felt the greatest joy in the world
Cause the sonogram showed twins, a boy and a girl
He would always work hard, everything was always cool
Until that one morning Carrie turned on the awful news
In one sec. she knew her love when in the sky to heaven
Cause this day we all know was 911
And dude worked in the twin towers, so Carrie freaked the fuck out
Hit the bottle, started crying in the shower
And now she was prone to crying to her mom on the phone
Cry and moan in the zone, crying all alone
It's like she lost all her hope
The fucked up part is that's the same day her water broke
She cries every day in front of friends
About the day her babies lives began and her husbands end
And that's fucked man
Met brandon, this ain't random
His girl love him to death,
But sometimes it's like she really can't stand him
He had some bad habits that he broke, like cheating on her
Once with the blow and sniffed it and selling coke
But he stopped that, the dude did the right thing
Now only good things he would bring, he even brought the engagement ring
And his moms got sick, and so did his pops
And he best friend from junior high got filled up with a whole lot of shots
The dude cut off all his drug ties for her,
Little did he know the love of his life was full of nuff lies
Almost gave up his career, shed some tears cause
Shorty fucked some other kid behind his back for like a fucking year
What goes around comes around and now he's back to hustlin'
Eating pills and suffering, addict dude is fuck it now
It's like pain is pleasure, pleasure is pain
And it's clear this kids brain, will never be the same
And his story, I'm reppin' it now cause he's like me
We both drunk and high as fuck, our heads in the clouds
So when death's callin' you, life's a bitch but you ain't alone
Remember I'm standing right here with all of you,
We all bleed
