Lord, I give myself, because you love me first
And you held me close
I wasn't even out the womb when the devil approached
A living miracle
This story really got to be told
I was in my mama's stomach when the devil tried to take my life
Nurses checking my heartbeat, and it showed blank, blank twice
When they checked me, they told mama that some things ain't right
But my lord, he really made my night, and he really saved my life
Yeah
I still can't believe it
My heart was never beating
Devil tried to play me, but I beat him as a fetus
Lord, just overtake me with your spirit, because I need it
Lord, I really need it
Had to give my whole life to God, because I'm knowing he won't let me down
Because he filled me up, and he won't pour me out
As long as I'ma follow him until the end
I promise that I'm thankful just to be his friend
My testimony, it's not never finished
It's gon' grow until I die
If they ask to hear my story, they gon' think I talk a lot
I was blind without the Lord
Now I see clearly out my eye
It was messy in my head, but then he cleaned up my mind
I could be talking for hours and hours about Jesus
About the way he really came and freed us
I just wanna give him all my praise, oh yeah
Pray for me
I need you to pray for me
I need you to pray for me
Yeah
Thankful for my life, I do it his way
How did God still make a way when I didn't have my rent paid
I was just a jit without a plan and full of mistakes
God really taught me how to fight it like a sensei
Fight like I'm a, wait, fight like I'm in UFC
Nobody can tell me about them times when it was you and me
I didn't know the real meaning of love, you showed it truthfully
Can't even explain what your love really do for me
I still can't believe it, my heart was never beating
Devil tried to play me, but I beat him as a fetus
Lord, just overtake me with your spirit cause I need it
Lord, I really need it
Lord, I really need it
