Ortnit the king rode to the East
To deliver Jerusalem
Guided by the Lord of Elves
Magic sword, silver armour
No one beat him, his fame was great
Hero into savage lands
Secret desire to kidnap the daughter
Of Sultan and take her to his realm
To give his people a worthy queen
Could not resist her eyes as deep
As winter skies of Garda nights
Moon was high, he fulfilled his aim
"Don't be afraid, you will be loved"
When the sun sets
Fire holds skies above
Glowing waves caress
The dragons' dance
Keep me in your thoughts
We'll be one
Behind golden waters of time
Dragons still fly
Sultan's revenge, send a gift to them
A hunter with two dragon eggs
In a cave fierce they became
Destruction, fire everywhere
Only a brave could save the land from the end
So the proud king left to find the beasts
Hunting for days he decided to rest
He fell asleep by a cursed tree
Dragons smell the knight, no way to survive
They sucked his blood and stole his soul
Flew up and dived into Garda lake
Where the Mount reflects water turns to red
When the sun sets
Fire hold skies above
Glowing waves caress
The dragons' dance
Keep me in your thoughts
We'll be one
Behind golden waters of time
Dragons still fly
Behind golden waters of time
Dragons still fly
Dragons still fly
Dragons still fly
