Vampira

The lyrics create a strange, theatrical portrait of someone called “Vampira,” mixing attraction with horror. The speaker seems fascinated by her appearance and repeatedly invites her closer. The mood is playful and eerie rather than clearly romantic: desire is expressed through images of graves, pale skin, and a horror-film world.

Several details make the portrait vivid. “Grave robbers from out of space” suggests a campy science-fiction or horror setting, while “pale white feline face” compares her face to a cat’s, implying a mysterious, sharp, or alluring look. “Your pulmonary trembles” refers to the lungs, but its unusual wording makes the body seem fragile and unsettling. The repeated invitation to come closer sounds like a direct expression of desire, though in this setting it can also feel threatening.

The song does not explain who Vampira is or what happens between her and the speaker. She may be a fantasy figure, a stylized monster, or simply someone described in exaggerated horror imagery. The repeated name and calls of “Hey” make the lyrics feel more like a chant than a detailed story. The attraction is clear, but whether it is sincere, playful, or meant to parody gothic romance remains open.
