I'm going to focus on teaching you
Self hypnosis now
Because I want you to use this for you own benefit
The more you do it
The more practiced you will be
The quicker you will get there
ย
The conscious mind is very critical
And thats, thats what its designed to be
It's the mund that makes decisions all the time
The unconscious has jo critical judgement
So it's coming from an entirely different standpoint
If you want to make changes
To the belief systems that we possess
If you do it with the unconscious mind
You can make those changes very rapidly
Really in the blinking of an eye
ย
Now we're going to deeper
Deeper, deeper
Deeper
And I'll take you down the staircase
We'll be using all your five senses because that helps you go deeper
When you get to the bottom of the 10th step
You'll be very close to, or at the deep state
But I'll use the second deep now
And I'll take you into a garden of your own imagination
And I'll plop you in a chair
And I'll just be giving your unconscious mind
Direct suggestion
