Momentz

The lyrics celebrate intense, memorable experiences and the idea that life is made up of moments we later remember. The repeated clock imagery connects time with those experiences, while the energetic refrain sounds confident and playful. The song then shifts into a chaotic, comic story about a night out, ending with rest and the expectation of a hangover. The mood mixes excitement with silliness and a hint of exhaustion.

“Talk to watches on the wrist” pairs clocks on walls with personal watches, suggesting that time is always around us. “Pass you by like ‘tick tock’” turns the sound of a clock into a warning: opportunities can disappear if you do not take them. The repeated phrase “plastic on the ceiling” is a striking, unexplained image; it may evoke a strange party setting, but the lyrics do not make its meaning clear. “Fresh of breath air” appears to playfully scramble the familiar expression “a breath of fresh air,” meaning a chance to step outside and refresh oneself.

The song’s celebration of living in the moment is not entirely serious or straightforward. Its boasts, abrupt images, and deliberately odd details make the storytelling feel exaggerated and comic. The repeated “moments” may point both to meaningful memories and to fleeting pleasures, while the hangover reminds us that exciting choices can have consequences. Some lines are intentionally obscure, so their exact meaning remains open rather than forming one clear narrative.
