Wow

The lyrics describe intense attraction to someone whose dancing and presence captivate the speaker. At first, the speaker openly admits being interested and unable to resist. The repeated praise grows into excited admiration: the person seems dazzling, and watching them feels like an endless rush. The mood is playful, energetic, and focused on physical attraction rather than a deeper relationship.

Several expressions make the excitement vivid. “Can’t resist” means the speaker feels unable to control their attraction. “The spotlight’s on” suggests the person draws attention, while “creep into it” hints that they enjoy being noticed. Calling the dancer “made in Heaven” is an exaggerated compliment, not necessarily a religious statement. “Every inch of you spells out desire” means the speaker reads the person’s movements and appearance as strongly sensual. “You’re such a rush” compares being near them to an intense burst of excitement.

The lyrics celebrate the speaker’s perception of this person, but they do not tell us whether the attraction is mutual or whether the speaker knows them well. The repeated “wow” may express genuine wonder, playful exaggeration, or both. Images of an “angelic” figure sit beside openly sensual language, creating a lively mix of idealization and desire. Overall, the song presents a moment of infatuation, without suggesting that it has developed into love or commitment.
