Armageddon It

The song presents a playful, high-energy exchange between someone urging another person to stop holding back and enjoy mutual attraction. The repeated question “Are you gettin’ it?” suggests more than simply receiving affection: it asks whether the other person is truly taking part. The mood is teasing and confident, with the repeated calls to “live a bit” pushing toward spontaneity and pleasure.

Several expressions give the lyrics their flirtatious, suggestive tone. “Bedroom eyes” means a seductive look, while “come on” and “give me all of your lovin’” are direct invitations to intimacy. “Your finger won’t trigger the gun” appears to use a gun as a metaphor for hesitation or unwillingness to act; it continues the song’s playful pressure to make a move. “Jangle your jewels” is a colorful image of showing off, likely to attract attention.

“Armageddon it” is a deliberately unusual phrase, sounding like “I’m gonna get it” while borrowing the dramatic word “Armageddon.” It adds a comic, exaggerated punch rather than clearly describing an actual catastrophe. The lyrics can be heard as celebrating sexual confidence and mutual desire, but the repeated urging also leaves room to notice a tension: one person seems eager, while the other appears to hesitate. The song does not resolve that hesitation in a serious way; its tone stays playful.
