There'll be a change in the weather
Change in the sea
From now on there'll be a change in me
My walk will be different
My talk and my name
Ain't nothing 'bout me gonna be the same
I'm gonna change my way of living
And if that ain't enough
I'm gonna change the way I strut my stuff
Nobody wants you when you're old and gray
There'll be some changes made today
There'll be some changes made
ย
Gonna move from the suburbs and find a place uptown
Be by myself, no one else will be around
No more health foods, no more jogging down the street
I'm gonna pamper myself, just sleep and eat
Gonna find me a banker, he can be eighty-five
Don't care as long as he is half alive
I'm throwing out my rayon and my Chevrolet
There'll be some changes made today
There'll be some changes made, oh yeah
There'll be some changes made
Gonna buy me a Porsche, I think
There'll be some changes made
Gonna eat my broccoli with lots of cheese
Gonna eat lots of chocolate
Yes, I'm just gonna enjoy a little life, you know
Gonna make those changes today
There'll be some changes made today
Well, maybe I just might wait until tomorrow
Oh, I've got plenty of time
'Cause there'll be some changes made
There'll be some changes made
