Lyrics
Yo! Every believer needs the power, facts
Power for your work
Power for your marriage
Power for your calling
Power for your purpose
This ain't motivational talk, this is Holy Ghost real
You need the power
Yeah, I said it twice
You trying to live for God but paying the price
Running on empty, spiritual tank on E
Human strength failing, that ain't the key
Power for your work when the pressure gets heavy
Power for your marriage when the storm ain't steady
Power for your kids
Power for your grind
Without Holy Ghost power, you're spiritually blind
Every good work that God called you to do
Requires the anointing flowing through you
Colossians 1:29, laboring in His might, you can't do it alone
You need power to fight
You need the power
Power
Holy Spirit power
Power
Not from the world, not from the hour
We want the highest
Holy Ghost power
No fake stuff, no counterfeit tower
Listen, listen, some go to wizards seeking secret keys
Some chase the occult, bowing on their knees
Deuteronomy 18 warns us clear and loud
That stuff is cursed, ain't nothing to be proud
Some seek power through money and fame
Some through position, climbing worldly game
But that power fades when the spotlight dims
We need eternal power that never gives in
No fake power, no half-measures here
Full spiritual battery, atmosphere clear
Acts 1:8 promised power from on High
Holy Spirit's the Source, That's the only supply
We want the highest Power, the ultimate Source
The third Person of the Trinity, Holy Spirit force
Not second-best, not alternative route
The Comforter, the Helper, He's the absolute
You need the power
Power
Holy Spirit power
Power
Not from the world, not from the hour
We want the highest
Holy Ghost power
No fake stuff, no counterfeit tower
I wanna run and never grow weary
Isaiah 40:31, Vision staying clearly
Ten times wiser like Daniel in Babylon
Ten times better in understanding, Power on
Give me the power, Holy Spirit, I plead
So I can do great works, plant Kingdom seed
I want to know Your power deep in my soul
Philippians 3:10, that's my ultimate goal
That I may be strong in the Lord and His might
Ephesians 6:10, equipped for the fight
That I may do great exploits for the King
Daniel 11:32, let the praises ring
That I may flow in signs and wonders divine
Not for the show, not for the online shine
Not for Instagram likes or social media fame
But to glorify Jesus and lift up His name
After I preach, I wanna demonstrate
Show Your goodness, not just articulate
One Corinthians 2:4, not enticing words alone
But demonstration of the Spirit, power shown
So that I may heal the sick in Jesus' name
Mark 16:18, playing no games
So that I may raise the dead like Peter did
Acts 9:40, power for adult and kid
So that I may be like You, Jesus Christ
Walking in power, paying the price
So I overcome sin that's holding me back
Romans 8:13, putting flesh under attack
This is the case I'm building right here
Every believer needs power, make it clear
Luke 24:49, endued from above
Holy Spirit power wrapped in Father's love
I don't want diluted, I don't want the lite
I want full-strength anointing burning bright
Some chase money, some chase fame
But I'm chasing power in Jesus' name!
Not power to control, not power to boast
But power to serve through the Holy Ghost
Power to transform lives everywhere
Power to show the world that Jesus cares
Give me the power, Holy Spirit, I pray
Fill me afresh every single day
Not for applause, not for the crowd
But to glorify Jesus, make Heaven proud
You need the power
Power
I need the power
Power
We all need the power, Power
Holy Ghost power from the highest tower
Saturate me with your
Power
Saturate me with your
Power
Saturate me with your
Power
