Boom
I thank the Lord for the blessings from above
And tell my fans I appreciate the love
It wasn't easy coming up, I done a lot of groundwork
It wasn't luck, I really got it out the mud
And even when the times got tough, I didn't budge
When niggas didnt wanna rise up, I didn't judge
All this blood, sweat and tears that I've shed over all of these years
I could probably fill a bathtub
I'm getting older plus wiser and smarter
And I ain't tryna slow down, I go harder
I'm dressed in Christian Dior from my head to my feet
Cause I heard that the devil wears Prada
I came home, people said I look marga
A man said I look good, I said lava
All this drama in my life I just take it in my stride
More time cause it's probably just karma
In jail I found out I lost my father
I broke down on the phone and started barlin
I sat down on my bed, built a spliff, couldn't sleep
Then I tried to act normal in the morning
I was banged up with Jazzy, that's my family
I ain't even gotta talk, he understands me
I had two jakes that was on my case
Used to argue with each other like Monica and Brandy
None of them wasn't tickling my fancy though
And I don't wanna talk about that place no more
All that time that I've wasted, that can't be replaced
All the memories that can't be erased
I think I need a break
Wait, wait, wait for me
Don't run, don't up and leave
Wherever you go, I wanna go
Full security, means you can call on me
Wherever you go, I'm gonna go
I think I need a break from jakes and the snakes
And the court cases
I'm tryna travel around the world so I can see places
I used to take risks on daily basis
Gambling with freedom like the horse races
And now I've made changes
I've got new arrangements
Niggas try and draw me out, I don't entertain it
This .44 bulldog, I don't need to train it
I ain't never been the one to play with
No you ain't the same
I can feel the change
Seen another side of you
Name the time and place
Know I'm on the way
It's whatever you wanna do
Have some faith in me
We all need somebody
Wherever you go, I'm gonna go
I wanna go wherever you want to
I wanna go wherever you want
I wanna go wherever you want to
I wanna go wherever you want
Life ain't fair and it's hard to define it
Just gotta trust in the timing
But baby you shining
Life ain't fair and it's hard to define it
Just gotta trust in the timing
But baby you shining
