In the book of kings
There's a passage which tells
Of a pair of twins
Born in the thunder
And sulfur winds
When the ocean sings
And the skies are ablaze
Our Mother brings
A newborn ruler
The king of kings
The final chapter
Of the prophetic book of kings
It ends with an ominous verse
The final chapter
It is seldom red by the sages court
They don't know it's a warning
In the sacred stone
There's an ominous gleam
Through the dark it glows
As endless streams
Forever grows
And forever grows
Until somewhere in time
Our father knows
Just where to be
Where death shall go
The final chapter
The final chapter
For a kingdom blessed with endless light
Is easy to see from the dead of night
But those in the shadows with intents to sin
Must first meet the might of the new king of kings
First of the twins, the new king of kings
His reign begins, the last king of kings
And so, amid the centennial storm
A brave mother delivered the twins foretold in the ancient scripts
As was seen by augurers
A lightning came down from the skies of Aquilegia
And as was told by tellers
The mother gave her life for the twins as she was destined
But not all of the mystical pages from the prophetic Book of Kings
Have survived the passing of time
The shunned-upon soothsayers
Who knew of those pages, are long ago forgotten
The truth in all of its ugly glory
Will unveil itself in time
For what is a mere prophet to do
Against the divine
The cries of the twins, born in the night
Drown into the howling abyss of the storm
While the people of Aquilegia rejoice
As their long awaited savior is born
Those in the shadows with intents to sin
Must first meet the might of the new king of kings
First of the twins, the new king of kings
His reign begins, the last king of kings
The kings they come, and the kings they go
For so it has always been
But what happens after the last king is gone
Remains yet to be seen
