Ya Yawm al-Din
Yawm al-Din is the Day of Judgement. All people have been given
Guidance at one time or another about the right way to live. And each
Of us have been given a choice whether we follow a good path or not
On the Day of Judgement everything we ever thought, all actions
All movements, every word we ever said or heard, good and bad, will
Be presented to us in a book. Even if we did things in secret it
Makes no difference because all things will be known by Allah
Almighty. In the surah called The Earthquake it tells us: "Whoever
Has done an atom's weight of good shall see it. And whoever has done
An atom's weight of evil shall see it also." This teaches us that we
Must always keep Yawm al-Din present in our hearts and minds so
If we ever do something wrong we should feel sorry, repent and
Try hard to go back to the right path. In this life it is sometimes
Difficult to see true justice and to know who is right and who is
Wrong because the truth may be hidden. But on the Day of Judgement
It will be seen and known for sure. Yawm al-Din is the day all
People will be sorted out into groups. The people of the fire will
Be gathered and then led to the gates of hell. They will be
Questioned harshly then they will be told to enter. Also the people
Of paradise will be sorted into groups and then led to the gates
Of the garden. There they will be welcomed with a greeting of
Peace and then they will be asked to enter. This shows how the good
Will be separated from the bad on that day so that we will clearly
See and know the difference and Allah alone is the final judge
