One day, the king of Babylon set up a tall gold statue
He told the people, "Horns and pipes will play
When you hear the music, bow down, worship the statue
If you don't, I will throw you into a big fire"
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego knew they could only worship the true God
They heard the music, but they did not bow down
(It's a 12 Division nine respond to King Street
(And Statue Avenue, Babylon Thermal Furnace Building)
(Very hot fire. Three, possibly four people inside)
(Divine nine command responding to my air-tap)
In the land of Babylon (something is wrong)
The king has built an idol and he's made a law that will amuse the place (you better obey)
And bow before the idol that the king has made, or you'll be dragged away into the fire
The flame is getting higher and higher, till the fire is hot
Believe it or not, in case you forgot, it's hot
Shadrach, Meshach And Abednego
Shadrach, Meshach And Abednego
Bow down, bow down, bow down
Still they wouldn't compromise (the king was surprised)
But they knew it wasn't right to idolize
'Cause all their gods were fake (oh make no mistake)
They chose to serve a God who they could not forsake
So they were dragged away into the fire
The flames getting higher and higher, till the fire is hot
Believe it or not, in case you forgot, it's hot

When he looked into the fire he was rubbing his eyes
Three men in but now there's four
Little did he know it was an angel of the Lord
Looking like somebody was playing a game
But somehow they didn't feel the flame
