Lyrics
Well, I've never been the type to worship heroes
Never known anyone I thought deserved that name
But when Jesus came along and He saved my soul
Since that day I have never been the same
And now I've got a Hero
And I wanna be just like Him
I've got a Hero I want to
Learn more about Him
I've got a Hero
Jesus is my Hero
And I'll live every day for Him
When I read about the great and courageous
Seems like every time they die, then the story ends
But when Jesus died for me, the story just begins
'Cause He conquered sin, conquered death
And then rose again
He rose
He rose up from the grave
He rose
He rose up by the third day
And now I've got a Hero
And I wanna be just like Him
I've got a Hero I want to
Learn more about Him
I've got a Hero
Jesus is my Hero
And I'll live every day for Him
And now I've got a Hero
And I wanna be just like Him
I've got a Hero I want to
Learn more about Him
I've got a Hero
Jesus is my Hero
And I'll live every day for Him
