Lyrics

Two DJs one MC DJ S3RL, Matt Luminate, Whiskey MC (Remember, my past) An instigation, revelation, change, open my mind Shattered dreams, broken hearts, only mended with time Pushed to the line, writing rhymes with a pen and a pad Reminiscing of the good times that we shared and we had Words jump right off my page, the outlet to my soul If I didn't have this in my life, man I'd lose control Keeps me pure, keeps me sane, keeps me right on my game Means the pressure's getting better, not destroying my brain All the memories that I've had, be they good or they bad All the times that I'm cheery or the times that I'm sad I'll remember all the things that keep me right on path I got to look to my future, but remember my past People come, people go, yes it happens you know Don't try to stop it, just embrace it, got to go with the flow Wishful thinking gets you started but it won't get you through Time is now, don't be counting 'cause it's all up to you!
