The final track which you are about to hear was long ago hidden away
Deemed too grotesque for public consumption by the American recording industry
Recently, however, it was unearthed by the homicide unit of the LAPD
The song would soon gain infamy as key evidence
Allegedly linking Ice Nine Kills frontman, Spencer Charnas
To the brutal slaying of his 28-year-old fiancรฉ
Though the original title of this disturbing number remains unknown
This cut would forever be remembered as: Welcome to Horror wood
Ink fills the page
A classic killer completes the cast
If evil's all the rage
And cuts to the close up, then fades to black
Sit back for the sequel of your dreams
All psychos crave more shocking scenes (scenes)
Who cares if it bleeds beyond the screen?
Are you misunderstood?
Are you more bad than good?
Welcome to Horrorwood
Where anyone would kill for a call back! (Oh, oh, oh)
'Cause everyone is just so fucking!
Desperate for fame
I can't blame the savages (blame the savages)
This town attracts
I guess we're all insane! (Insane!)
So silence the critics, 'cause this is not an act, but here's the soundtrack!
Sit back for the sequel (yeah) of your dreams
All psychos crave more shocking scenes
Who cares if it bleeds beyond the screen?
(Are you) misunderstood? (Yeah)
Are you more bad than good?
Welcome to Horrorwood
Where anyone would kill for a call back
(The tabloids say) "There goes the neighborhood"
But long live Horrorwood
The only place it pays to be a hack! (Oh, oh, oh)
But will you make the cut If you know?
Stardom's just an afterthought
For all those stabbed in the back lot
Piled up and left to rot
So how's this for an establishing shot?
Move!
ย
Let me fucking hear you scream!
(Are you) misunderstood? (Yeah)
Are you more bad than good?
Welcome to Horrorwood
Where anyone would kill for a call back
(The tabloids say) "There goes the neighborhood"
But long live Horrorwood
The only place where everyone should!
Fear the premiere
There's always a target (out on the red carpet!)
Between "Silver Screams" something's awakened
And you'll never make it!
But enjoy the show (but enjoy the show)
Are you fucking ready?
ย
Let's go
ย
(Are you) misunderstood? (Yeah)
Are you more bad than good?
Welcome to Horrorwood
Where anyone would kill for a call back
(The tabloids say) "There goes the neighborhood"
But long live Horrorwood
The only place it pays to be a hack!
To be a hack!
Welcome back!
California, scream!
