Arms up, arms down
Everybody turn around
Jump south, jump north
Shake your hands back and forth
Step east, step west
Mickey's workout is the best
Breathe in, breathe out
Everybody shout (Hey!)
Raise your right knee up to your tummy
With your left hand, give that knee a tap
Now everybody do it three times in rhythm to the music
On the fourth one, everybody clap
It's time for Mickey's workout
So come in and work out
Yeah, Mickey makes it easy
He knows just what to do
It's time for Mickey's workout
You work it, I work it
And every time we do it
It's good for me and you
Good for me and you
Hands to your side
Bounce in place, we'll take a ride
Be cool, be quick
Doin' the pogo stick
Straight up, straight down
We can bounce all over town
Fourth time you land
Everybody clap your hands
You know Goofy loves to do the pogo stick
A tricky step is a snap
Now everybody bounce three times in rhythm to the music
On the fourth one, everybody clap
It's time for Mickey's workout
So come in and work out
Yeah, Mickey makes it easy
He knows just what to do
It's time for Mickey's workout
You work it, I work it
And every time we do it
It's good for me and you
You
Everybody breathe
Breathe
Again, breathe
Two, three, four
One, two, three, four, yeah!
Cross your left foot right behind your right foot
Slide your right foot over to the right (Right)
Kick your left foot back in front your right foot
Slide your right foot further to the right
Move in rhythm, really feel the music
Now reverse it, yeah, that's the way
Remember, when you get back to the place where you started from
Clap your hands and shout out "Hey!"
It's time for Mickey's workout
So come in and work out
Yeah, Mickey makes it easy
He knows just what to do
It's time for Mickey's workout
You work it, I work it
And every time we do it
It's good for me and you
It's time for Mickey's workout
So come in and work out
Yeah, Mickey makes it easy
He knows just what to do
It's time for Mickey's workout
You work it, I work it
And every time we do it
It's good for me and you
Good for me and you
Good for me and you
