Lyrics
Hey dragon I'm talkin' you best pay attention
You've labeled me wrong let me make a correction
You think you know creatures from sky to the sea
But dragon my dear you don't really know me
Hey dragon hey dragon your judgments don't fit
I've seen your sly grin and I'm so done with it
You call me a kitten a dog or a cow
Well listen up scales let me tell you how
I'm not a bird soaring high in your sky
Nor a pup wagging tails when you wander by
I'm no bovine grazing complacently serene
Or feline who struts through your arrogant scene
I'm a unicorn honey and don't mix me up
Temperament of a horse heart as big as love
My horn is a statement not just decoration
Don't mistake my nature for your imagination
Dragon you smirk and you categorize
Misreading my moods through your smoky eyes
I gallop in moonlight fierce bold and free
Don't box me in with your fantasy
I'm not gentle cattle placid and tame
Not feline cool or canine acclaim
Not a sparrow whose mood shifts with the wind
Don't assume what you can't comprehend
I'm a unicorn darling please don't mix me up
Temperament of a horse enough is enough
My unicorn horn isn't mere decoration
Don't misjudge my spirit with flawed estimation
Dragon your labels they shatter and break
Mistaking my kindness as something you take
I'm thunder and lightning a mythical glow
Not a trophy creature for your status quo
I'm a unicorn darling please don't mix me up
Temperament of a horse enough is enough
My unicorn horn isn't mere decoration
Don't misjudge my spirit with flawed estimation
So dragon let's settle this once and for all
I'm proud and majestic standing tall
Respect my uniqueness embrace who I am
Or step aside dragon if you don't understand
I'm not gentle cattle placid and tame
Not feline cool or canine acclaim
Not a sparrow whose mood shifts with the wind
Don't assume what you can't comprehend
I'm a unicorn darling please don't mix me up
Temperament of a horse enough is enough
My unicorn horn isn't mere decoration
Don't misjudge my spirit with flawed estimation
Hey dragon hey dragon now you clearly see
Every mythical being has their right to be free
Respect my horned magic respect how I roam
This unicorn's story is mine and mine alone
