Devil is a liar
The enemy wanted my soul
He tryna corrupt what I know
It's like the higher I go yeah, yeah, yeah

Know the devil want my soul
I had to tell him it's no
You not the friend, you a foe

Steal me away from the calling (From the calling)
Serpent and prince of darkness
Feeding me lines like we back in the garden (Back in the garden)
The sin of my own defeat (Own defeat)
He want my eternity (Eternity)

It's like the higher I go, the more I fold but
Devil is a liar
He want me like ain't no redeeming
He see me and send in the demons
He tell me I never beat him I look in the mirror like
Devil is a lie if I ever seen one (Seen one)
I'm built like an army yet he know my weakness
Leaving me totally speechless (Ayy)
I got it all the team, the dream, the money
I still can't believe it ('Lieve it)
I came from the bottom with nothing
Created this wealth on my own
Not many is on what I'm on (Ayy)
Hit 'em like a Beretta whenever the devil decide
To penetrate I meditate then off with the victory
Got the enemy stealing me but the pen in me
Full of venom I pull it to aim and hit 'em
I rip it to really get him
The spirit I really live it
So vivid and evident with the flow like "Woo"
Ric Flair drip
I am the clip and I'm fully loaded
Devil is a liar
More fire off on them
Me say me give more fire off on them, yeah
Let me give more fire off on them
Me said me give more fire off on them, yeah
This one for the culture, for the one who holding
The torch up high
Them living to fight
No don't be dem' on this side
This here for my city
Top back when I hop in the ride (Ride)
Bad boy like I'm Diddy
See from the beginning
'Pon the Second City yeah
Dem' not know the devil is a liar
All him want is me off in the fire
Jesus take me as I am
Just a wretched sinner looking for the "I am"
