Eh, heh
Hail Rastafari
Come lift it up high
Never give up
Better to live and not die
Eh
As Jah sun keep shining
I know that
Rastafari reign
I saw the children smiling
I know that
There's no stress nor strain
I see the youths them trying
To show that
They never lose the faith
No more compromising
None at all
Because there is
So much for us to gain
And I saw the vision
Touching the multitude
Babylon
Haffi go subdue
And I saw the ghetto youths them rise up fi true
So what is it
Babylon gonna do
Rastaman vision
Touching the multitude
Babylon
Haffi go subdue
And I saw the hindren them rise up fi true
I see the wicked
Man them start get slew
They have an attitude
Them slave Black people
Yet they show no gratitude
Them false doctrine
Lead astray the multitude
Many were there
That were so confused
Because of folly man religion
Wul' a them did a use
Rastaman philosophy
Spread the good news
Repatriation for the parents and youths
Them can't poison ghetto youths
Inna not a food
Bless your first fruit
And Rastafari vision
Touch the multitude
Babylon
Haffi go subdue
And I saw the ghetto youths them rise up fi true
Vatican
What is it you gonna do
And my eyes behold the youths them rise up fi true
Babylon
Haffi go subdue
And I saw the vision
Touching the multitude
A so me see say
The Babylon them
A bless the faithful few
Who have managed to keep the faith
Within Jerusalem school
You know not your culture
You no know weh fi do
If you don't teach the youth
People act them like fool
Babylon no want the Black woman them go through
All when them don't got no clothes
Much less shoes
Black people Kalonji nah go refuse
True me a king
Me come fi burn the residue
Oh chain and shackle
Haffi get loose
Vatican want a battle
Then a weh them got to prove
Me nah make the ghetto youths
Slip inna no I-drew
Babylon me nah go bow just fi please you
I love mi tradition fi true
'Cause I saw the vision
Touching the multitude
Rastafari
Beg and get slew
And I saw the ghetto youths them rise up fi true
A so me know say daddy
Wicked man a get slew
Now that the vision
Touch the multitude
Babylon
Haffi go subdue
And I saw the vision
More man decision
Jah Jah Jah
Me love the conquering Lion
The sun keep shining
I know that
King Emmanuel reign
Children come smiling
And I know that
So pleasant to look at their face
I see the children trying
To show that
They never lose the faith
Oh, oh, oh
Great and pleasant is the King of all
Ladies
'Cause I saw the vision
Touching the multitude
Rastafari
Babylon haffi subdue
And I saw the vision
Touching the multitude
Eh, eh, eh, eh, eh
Woah, oh
Rastaman vision
Touching the multitude
See say nuff of them say them win
But them lose
I saw the vision
Hail Emperor Selassie I
Me haffi love
The conquering Lion
That's why them go slew
'Cause me love red, gold, and green
And me burn down blue
Touch the I-niversity
Me touch inna the school
Teach them of King Selassie I
Don't you be ridiculous
