Lyrics
Jah bless every woman weh pass through a test
Like test cricket, her a play the man a run 'way
Don't try get away, woman
I can be as good as the best of them
And as bad as the worst
So, don't test me (Don't test me)
Don't try and push me over, yeah
I can be as good as the best of them
And as bad as the worst
So, don't test me (Don't test me)
You better move over, yeah
I will put you to a test, but you better pass it
Put you to a test, me nah go disrespect
Put you to a test, it's not the worst among the best
Put you to a test, girl, your love a the greatest
I'm not looking for the good, I'm looking for the best
Still, you're not the best, but a you me request
It's you I request until death
And I wouldn't never try fi disrespect
Like come do inna your eye, or fi tear off your dress
Beat you inna the East, or beat you inna the West
I can be as good as the best of them
And as bad as the worst
So, don't test me (Don't test me)
Don't try and push me over, yeah
I can be as good as the best of them
And as bad as the worst
So, don't test me (Don't test me)
You better move over, yeah
You're not the best, you're not the worst
I am the patient, come, you'll be the nurse
Just like the water, come quench mi love thirst
And no matter what you do, you coulda never get first
If a guy touch you, him haffi in the dirt
Me just stomp out him back, and him head top first
If me put you to a test, woman, you better pass it
If you put me to a test, you know me must pass it
Me nah give you whatever carry inna basket
Me nah aim me hat a weh me can't reach it
How your love is so much, it's not over the limit
And no matter how me get it, yes, me still want it
Not because I don't run up my mouth
And brag, and show off
Because you don't see me about
Your track set me off
I will put you to a test, but you better pass it
Put you to a test, me nah go disrespect
Put you to a test, it's not the worst among the best
Put you to a test, girl, your love a the greatest
You a mi lover, you a mi lover, say yah
You love a Shabba, little bit you follow we, say yah
You a mi lover, you a mi lover
'Cause me no take you easy so like Nova
Me no take you like how a kid a drink water
Nah go love you like a monster nor a creature
True, the two of we will love each other
We just stick together like a bird of feather
We just stick together like a stamp to a letter
Well, no matter the time nor the weather
It coulda be summer, or even winter
I can be as good as the best of them
And as bad as the worst
So, don't test me (Don't test me)
Don't try and push me over, yeah
I can be as good as the best of them
And as bad as the worst
So, don't test me (Don't test me)
You better move over, yeah
I will put you to a test, but you better pass it
Put you to a test, me nah go disrespect
Put you to a test, it's not the worst among the best
Put you to a test, girl, your love a the greatest
Love me as a man, me love you as a woman
And if you love Shabba Ranks, then the love is so strong
The reason why it's strong, it's not a brand new second hand
Go and tell the world you is a true champion
You is the champion for Shabba Ranks
