Friday night, just got my check
Changed my shirt and washed my neck
Gonna give this town some kinda heart attack
Get some action before Monday's back
I'm not lookin' for trouble
But I sure won't run
If there's action goin', I'm gonna get me some
Be in there pitchin', or you don't get none
'Cause when you work all week
You gotta have some fun
On Friday night, Friday night
You just hit that button and ya hold on tight
'Cause if Jean don't do it, you know Lucinda might
On Friday night
When the party's over
It's time to go home
I gotta make sure I don't go home alone
Gotta get laid before I get stoned
'Cause Monday's comin' and the weekend's blown
On Friday night, Friday night
You just hit that button and ya hold on tight
'Cause if Jean don't do it, you know Lucinda might
On Friday night, alright

Yeah, Friday night, Friday night
You just hit that button and ya hold on tight
'Cause if Jean don't do it, you know Lucinda might
On Friday night
Yeah, Friday night, Friday night
Hit that button, hold on tight
'Cause if Jean don't do it, you know Lucinda might
On Friday night, alright
