Shots

The lyrics present a nightclub party where the speakers celebrate drinking, dancing, and attracting attention. The repeated call to take “shots” creates a loud, energetic mood, while the commands to join in make the party feel like a group performance. As the song continues, the excitement becomes more focused on getting drunk and pursuing sex, so the mood is also deliberately crude and exaggerated.

A “shot” here means a small serving of strong alcohol, and the repeated word works like a chant encouraging the crowd to drink together. “All eyes on me” suggests the speaker enjoys being noticed when entering the club. “Cups in the air” is a familiar party image: people raise their drinks to join a toast or show their excitement. “Get crunk” is informal slang for becoming very energetic, often through drinking and dancing.

The lyrics treat heavy drinking as the main route to fun and sexual attention, but their boastful, repetitive style may be more about creating a rowdy party atmosphere than making a careful claim about real relationships. The song’s sexual boasts are especially exaggerated and objectifying: women are described as responding to alcohol as if it guarantees desire. Listeners can hear this as provocative party talk, while also recognizing that it does not describe respectful or reliable consent.
