Around the World (La La La La La)

The lyrics describe a person swept up by a bright, unfamiliar experience and by a melody that seems to arrive on its own. At first, the singer struggles to put the feeling into words. Gradually, the focus shifts from private wonder to shared enjoyment: the tune spreads, and everyone is invited to sing. The mood is playful, dreamy, and increasingly celebratory.

“The kisses of the sun” suggests warmth and pleasure, while letting sunlight into the eyes makes the moment feel vivid and almost dreamlike. The song circling inside the singer’s head is a familiar image for a tune that is hard to forget. Calling music “the key” implies that it opens a way to express or share feelings that ordinary speech cannot capture. The simple “la la la” also makes the song easy for people with different languages to join.

The lyrics do not explain exactly where the singer is or what caused this feeling, so the scene may be literal or imagined. “Around the world” can suggest music traveling widely, but it may also express the sense that a joyful rhythm connects people everywhere. The singer’s inability to explain the experience could be frustration, or simply a sign that the feeling is too strong for words.
