Hush your crying now, blessed one
I've been waiting for oh, so long
Just to hold you in my arms
Makes my heart rejoice
Prefect, beautiful, holy babe
How I've longed to see your face
Promised hope of Israel
You will be the light
My eyes have seen the Messiah
For Christ has finally come
As the prophets foretold
The kingdom of God has come
The kingdom of God has come
The kingdom of God has come
ย
From the line of David's seed
All creation will be redeemed
Now your servant can go in peace
I have seen the Lord
My eyes have seen the Messiah
For Christ has finally come
As the prophets foretold
The kingdom of God has come
The kingdom of God has come
Kingdom of God has come
ย
My eyes have seen
My eyes have seen
Joy beyond belief
I've seen the Messiah
Oh, my eyes have seen
My eyes have seen
Joy beyond belief
I've seen the Messiah
ย
My eyes have seen the Messiah
For Christ has finally come
As the prophets foretold
The kingdom of God has come
Kingdom of God has come
Kingdom of God has come
The kingdom of God has come
