Hey pops tell me the story about the dog
What dog?
The soggy dog
Ahh the soggy doggy
You see 84 years ago in a land far away where the grass was green and the palm trees sway
There was a soggy soggy doggy who loved to play but his biggest regret still haunts him today
Woke up today feeling very groggy
So I walked outside to bathe my soggy doggy
And the weatherman said the weathers very foggy
So I stayed inside a grooving with my body
My soggy doggy he stays inside He licks his lips and he walks with pride
He dreams all day wishing he could glide to a far away land where he'll never have to hide
My soggy doggy his biggest regret
Never going off with the love he met
He cried all day and got all wet
His hair all soggy from his tears and sweat
He wakes up dreaming about his girl
Another soggy doggy with a puffy curl
He knew he ought to go give it a whirl
But when he went to make a move he saw a squirrel
Woke up today feeling very groggy
So I walked outside to bathe my soggy doggy
And the weatherman said the weathers very foggy
So I stayed inside a groovin with my body
My soggy doggy he stays inside He licks his lips and he walks with pride
He dreams all day wishing he could glide to a far away land where he'll never have to hide
