Lyrics

Here trying to think of ways to get your money up The government and system is trying to fool us A 9 to 5 and saving up will lead us to the dream Or selling drugs in the streets could pile you up some cream A lot of people don't know what the ghetto's like They think chaos and drama fuels our appetite We're just making our way, moving at God's speed Some cats ain't trying to wait, got lots of mouths to feed Some think the only route is to become a crook Rob dudes outside the club or chicks for pocketbooks They think that life's a game except there's no timeouts They're out here killing chasing fame or IG clout Just here to shed some light and speak truth to the youth There's ways to solve our problems, let's get down to the roots We could do so much better, achieve a million things We share the blood and spirit of great queens and kings We got to come together, don't let shit bring you down Although you see the smiles you miss the tears of a clown Paying your dues with struggle is a small price to pay We got to come together to make a better way We got to come together, don't let shit bring you down Although you see the smiles you miss the tears of a clown Paying your dues with struggle is a small price to pay We got to come together to make a better way Let's talk about some wealth, knowledge is what we need Stop wasting time on nonsense, invest in what you read Create investment plans, it doesn't take too much All you need's a phone and bank account those things are a must Start with a finance app, it's easy to attain Invest in small amounts weekly for consistent gains Don't matter if you're old now would be the perfect time You got a hundred bucks it's nothing to invest a dime Compounding interest is a way to make shit multiply To set your family up for generations when you die A whole life insurance policy is really sweet A lawyer or investor's sure to get you on your feet Not trying to sound like i know everything and think i'm cool Just wished they taught me this back when i was in high school Just like Rihanna trying to give you all an umbrella We can do anything if we just come together We got to come together, don't let shit bring you down Although you see the smiles you miss the tears of a clown Paying your dues with struggle is a small price to pay We got to come together to make a better way We got to come together, don't let shit bring you down Although you see the smiles you miss the tears of a clown Paying your dues with struggle is a small price to pay We got to come together to make a better way We got to come together, don't let shit bring you down Although you see the smiles you miss the tears of a clown Paying your dues with struggle is a small price to pay We got to come together to make a better way
