Hello, this is a recorded message
I am Dan Johnston
Though I am not with you physically
I am with you in heart, with all my heart
And I am thinking about you and hope that you are doing fine
And I can't wait to get back home to hear the wonderful
Stories about what's been happening in your life
And I hope you'll bear with me on my return
As I rave on and on about my own experiences
And bringing you up to date on each and every exciting detail of
These two weeks of holidays that I am enjoying in the western sun
In the meantime, please keep happy as I am on
Vacation and do not have time to worry about you
However, I will be thinking about you
Affectionately and missing you very much
Because I have said this, it would be
Very polite for you to feel the same
And perhaps you could comfort one another about my absence by
Consoling each other about it and talking about how much you miss me
And so I say unto you, Merry Christmas
To you and a happy, happy New Year
