Yo
Ayy
Who would've knew these two in my crew
Would've still be my Gs since school
I would've never have up and left if there wasn't a reason to
North West and West to the death
We was one for all and we all for one'ing
Small don, seen it all from young
But could never have saw what's comin'
I first met Lz in primary
Until Year 5, think sly, he didn't like me
Started yappin' one time in line
And from then we were tied like Siamะตse
TP come a lil' bit after, from a nะตxt school in West
We always deeped he a little bit smarter
We used to eyeball off his test, like bless
Then the bros got closer, left Alpha House
Check 'em both in Mozart
Roundabout when the term was over
Mom 'lowed me out, but she said, "Don't go far"
Then we hit Year 7, to the same school in Kenton
I couldn't tell you my favourite lesson
'Cause all a don knew's detention
Did I mention, that the tension was risin'?
Back in the ends we reside in
Lz's family and bredrins were tied in
A guy from my ends didn't like him
Man were gettin' bored and I ain't have a clue
Recordin' in avenues
'Round that time got sent back to Naij
But was still representin' my crew
Who would've knew these two in my crew
Would've still be my Gs since school
I would've never have up and left if there wasn't a reason to
North West and West to the death
We was one for all and we all for one'ing
Small don, seen it all from young
But could never have saw what's comin'
Remember when broski first went OT
And phoned me, he told me the Queen's in purple
Was always one to believe shit's verbal
He said "Trust me, this tea's not herbal"
Then the nerds that he worked for
Taught him to fry up a bird like the colonel
Who you callin' a chicken?
If all went to shit, I was pickin' the bird call
Like, no wonder they sent me away
Was like eleven, alone on the terminal
Cold, just tryna go home, it was hurtful
All I wanted was mum's embrace
When I came back
Where I call home was a whole other place
Dad said I'll come home to my mates
But it was the lie for me
Now I'm stood with an open plate, lookin' for rice and peas
Doin' up Wiley, "Where's My Brother", lookin' to find my Gs
If T wasn't around, I was runnin' with Lz
Knuckles, Sonic and Tails
But things changed in Summer '012
I caught game, he was flung in a cell
They had T sittin' down for a robbery
Probably the worst news then that could bother me
But the same year, Lz cousin, my other G
Died in a crash, blud, imagine the fuckery
I couldn't even post R.I.P. 'cause some of my SK dargs might see
Even though we made tunes in the studio
And he would say he wan' bar like me
Who would've knew these two in my crew
Would've still be my Gs since school
I would've never have up and left if there wasn't a reason to
North West and West to the death
We was one for all and we all for one'ing
Small don, seen it all from young
But could never have saw what's comin'
Who would've knew these two in my crew
Would've still be my Gs since school
I would've never have up and left if there wasn't a reason to
North West and West to the death
We was one for all and we all for one'ing
Small don, seen it all from young
But could never have saw what's comin'
So, that's why I'm like, bruv, like this shit is a blessin', bro
The fact that all three of us are here
And that dream's still possible
D'you get what I'm say-, this is like, we're doin', bruv you're
See, you're doin' it right now
You get what I'm sayin' right now
Man are all drivin', I copped my car the other day
Swear?
Yeah, I copped it, still
Certi, still, certi still, certi, certi, certi ride?
Man are, man are here, d'you get what I'm sayin'?
We're makin' the moves that we said we would
Yeah, man
But Knucks was bad, bro, he was tapped, bro
Blud, sit down 'ere and see
Lit my bars leave them on repeat
Knuckles, another rinse on the beat
On a beef ting get knocked off your feet
Blud, don't run you're gone
It would be harder on your mum
Cry over the death of her son
'Cause you get chewed like Trident Gum
