מַה תִּתְהַלֵּל בְּרָעָה הַגִּבּוֹר:::mah tittahellel b'ra'ah haggibor:::Why do you boast of evil, O mighty man?
חֶסֶד אֵל כָּל הַיּוֹם:::ḥesed el kol hayyom:::The steadfast love of God endures all the day
הַוּוֹת תַּחְשֹׁב לְשׁוֹנֶךָ:::hawwot taḥshov l'shonecha:::Your tongue plots destruction
כְּתַעַר מְלֻטָּשׁ עֹשֵׂה רְמִיָּה:::k'ta'ar m'luttaḥ 'oseh r'miyyah:::like a sharp razor, you worker of deceit
אָהַבְתָּ רָּע מִטּוֹב:::'ahavta ra' mittov:::You love evil more than good
שֶׁקֶר מִדַּבֵּר צֶדֶק סֶלָה:::sheqer middabber tzedeq selah:::and lying rather than speaking righteousness. Selah
אָהַבְתָּ כָל דִּבְרֵי בָלַע לְשׁוֹן מִרְמָה:::'ahavta kol divrei vala' lashon mirmah:::You love all devouring words, O deceitful tongue
גַּם אֵל יִתָּצְךָ לָנֶצַח:::gam el yittatz'cha lanetzach:::But God will break you down forever
יַחְתְּךָ וְיִסָּחֲךָ מֵאֹהֶל וְשֵׁרֶשְׁךָ מֵאֶרֶץ חַיִּים סֶלָה:::yaḥt'cha v'yissachacha me'ohel v'shorsh'cha me'eretz ḥayyim selah:::He will snatch you up and tear you away from your tent; He will uproot you from the land of the living. Selah
וְיִרְאוּ צַדִּיקִים וְיִירָאוּ וְעָלָיו יִשְׂחָקוּ:::v'yir'u tzaddiqim v'yira'u v'alayv yisḥaqu:::The righteous will see and fear, and will laugh at him, saying:
הִנֵּה הַגֶּבֶר לֹא יָשִׂים אֱלֹהִים מָעוּזּוֹ:::hinneh haggever lo yasim elohim ma'uzzo:::See the man who would not make God his refuge
וַיִּבְטַח בְּרֹב עָשְׁרוֹ:::vayyivṭaḥ b'rov 'oshro:::but trusted in his great wealth

וַאֲנִי כְּזַיִת רַעֲנָן בְּבֵית אֱלֹהִים:::va'ani k'zayit ra'anan b'veit elohim:::But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God
בָּטַחְתִּי בְחֶסֶד אֱלֹהִים עוֹלָם וָעֶד:::bataḥti v'ḥesed elohim 'olam va'ed:::I trust in the steadfast love of God forever and ever
וַאֲנִי כְּזַיִת רַעֲנָן בְּבֵית אֱלֹהִים:::va'ani k'zayit ra'anan b'veit elohim:::But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God
