Ridin'

The lyrics portray a driver cruising in a flashy car while expecting police to stop him. At first, the mood is boastful and defiant: he enjoys the attention and presents himself as hard to catch. The later verse describes drinking, drugs, weapons, and dangerous driving, making the ride seem reckless as well as confident. In the final verse, he insists that he is not breaking the law and accuses officers of targeting him unfairly.

“Ridin’ dirty” is slang for driving while carrying something illegal or otherwise having reason to fear a police stop. “They see me rollin’, they hatin’” suggests that the speaker views the attention as envy, though the repeated police pursuit also creates a feeling of pressure. The tinted windows and loud music help build the image of a conspicuous, self-styled street persona, not someone who is truly invisible.

There is a tension between the claim of being unfairly watched and the earlier descriptions of intoxication, weapons, and evading police. This may make the speaker seem both defiant and unreliable: he presents himself as a target, yet also describes behavior that could draw police attention. The lyrics leave room to hear the refrain as swagger, anxiety, or both.
