I'd like to introduce these gentlemen up here on the stage with me
About 14 years ago we, uh, we met and we made a record
The first time, 14 years ago, God
Ain't it funny how time slips away, that's it
Uh, this guy over here has played guitar for me for a 104 years
For the last 14 years
His name is Scotty Moore
Scotty
ย
And the loudmouth guy over here
He's been my drummer for a long time
His name is D. J. Fontana
ย
The other guy has played, uh
He's played around, you know, he's
He's been a friend of mine for something like 10 or 12 years
Alan Fortes, with his back to ya
ย
Guess this is old what's-his-name here
(You know)
This is Charlie Hodge
ย
(I found out what D. J. stands for, Elvis)
(Don Juan, right?)
Dominic Joseph
(I know it should be motormouth)
You know what we should do?
We should have a lot of cards made up with questions, you know?
(Questions?)
Yeah, let people make out cards
(I got a question)
What is it?
(What you want to sing next?)
(How about your first record?)
(Yeah, how about your first record?)
About my first record, okay
My first record was made, uh, quite a while ago
We had three instruments
Myself on guitar
And Scotty and a bass player
And it was called, uh
What was it called, man?
(Oh, you know)
(Oh, no, I was just a small boy at the time)
You still a small boy, who you kiddin'?
It went like this
