Damn!
Another year gone by
Homies still locked up
Couple homies
Resting in peace you know what I mean
Born & raised throughout the Southern California side
Raised in the streets by G's always had a sense of pride
Used to be in?
Breaking into padlocks
Smoking drinking a little bit to wash away my bad thoughts
This was the life for me brought to a society
The homies I came up with had a common notoriety
Breaking them laws a problem with them my society
My father didn't want me
Undertand why momma lied to me
They said that God blessed a child that holds his own
I didn't know it but I fealt it when I hold my chrome
Feeling alone feeling that I got the world to roam
And it's hard to stay clean when fece around your home
Growing up hard battered bruised tatted and scarred
My home away from home was concrete & bars
Living a fast life need to stop before I crash
Easy come easy go living life chasing cash
I take a look up in the sky
Heavy heart feeling stressed out
Take a hit of the chronic blow my breath out
This are the tries & tribulation that a Criminal is facing
So I guess I got to face it
I take a look up at the sky
Heavy heart fulling stressed out
Take a hit of the chronic blow my breath out
These are the life & time stuck in felonies
Crooked cops and crime
Cause only the strong survive
Beaten up the case
Fresh out in 98
Didn't give her some change but
I didn't change I ain't straight
Got an attitude that is worst
Stay connect with my turf
Pack a lil 25 or 2 clips under my shirt
Put some weed in different sacks
Hit the streets & go to work haha
That's the way we put in work
That was right before the homie shot got shot in the face
Around the same time my homies
Started taking trips upstate
Like Huey tried & convicted as an adult
Homies striking for slanging dough, pistols, & salt
That was the rap sheet way before this rap shit started
Homies out on a mission blasting and hitting their targets
It was us against them fuck the world if we had to
I remember when the homie skills gave me my first tattoe
Rest In Peace dawg God bless your family & all
I guess someone has to answer whenever heaven calls
I take a look up in the sky
Heavy heart feeling stressed out
Take a hit of the chronic blow my breath out
This are the tries & tribulation that a Criminal is facing
So I guess I got to face it
I take a look up at the sky
Heavy heart feeling stressed out
Take a hit of the chronic blow my breath out
These are the life & time stuck in felonies
Crooked cops and crime
Cause only the strong survive
9 years later in the rap game
Shit ain't change beside a little bit of fame
Shit I'm still am the same
Got a lot to loss so now I stay in my lane
But still I stay connected with the homies that bang
Ask about me from the rap game streets to the system
Haterz wanted some drama then this heat is what I give them
One of the homies through a rat
There's no way to forgive him
No excuse he knew the rules to this life that we live
Ain't it sad but I got the paperwork to prove it
Mention my name & shit that I didn't have shit to do with it
Getting another homies caught up
Dragging good names down
I wish I could see you now you fucking bitch ass clown
Smile on the day they catch you
Let those lips run now
Who operating the juras so look at what you got now
You never know who to trust
Turn your back on them snakes
Look what they do to us
I take a look up in the sky
Heavy heart feeling stressed out
Take a hit of the chronic blow my breath out
This are the tries & tribulation that a Criminal is facing
So I guess I got to face it
I take a look up at the sky
Heavy heart feeling stressed out
Take a hit of the chronic blow my breath out
These are the life & time stuck in felonies
Crooked cops and crime
Cause only the strong survive
A moment of silence for the homies
Resting in Peace...
... To the homies in those prison cells
Hope to see you soon homie!
