This is my testimony, everybody
How God favored me in spite of my enemies
And if God did it for me, He'll do the same thing for you
Don't worry about your haters
Your haters can't do nothing with you
Listen to these words
Love is patient, caring
Love is kind (love is felt most)
Love is felt most when it's (when it's genuine) genuine
But I've had (I had my share) my share of
Of love (of love abuse) abuse (manipulated)
Manipulated (and its strength)
And its strength (misused) misused
And I can't help (and I can't help)
But give (but to give God glory) You glory
(When I think about my story)
When I think (oh yeah, y'all)
About (I got a story to tell) my story (and I know)
And I know (You favored me)
You favored me (hmm-mmm) because (because my enemies)
My enemies did try (they did try)
But couldn't triumph (but they couldn't triumph)
Over me (over me, yes, they did try)
Yes, they did try (but it didn't work)
But couldn't triumph over me
I'm still here, I'm still alive
I'm still blessed
On my way to my destiny
Because the favor of God is on my life
Let me tell you about love
(Love) love is patient
(Is patient, caring, love) love is kind
(Is kind, love) love is felt most
(Is felt most when it's) when it's genuine (genuine)
I had a whole lot of people in my life
(But I've had my share of love)
Who abused my love (abuse)
(Mani-) they manipulated it (-pulated and its strength)
And took the strength of it (misused) and tried to misuse it
(And I can't help but give) but I can't help
(You glory) but to give God glory today
(When I think) when I think about all I've been through
(About my story) that I still came out on the winning side
(And I know) I don't know about you, but I know
(You favored me) that He favored me
(Because) because my enemies
(My enemies) mmm (did try) they did try
(But couldn't triumph) sing it, y'all
(Over me) but they couldn't triumph over me
(Yes, they did try) 'cause greater is He that is in me
(But couldn't triumph) than he that's in the world (over me)
(They whispered) that's what they did
(Conspired) that's what they did
(They told their lies) they told a whole lot of lies
(God favored me) but God favored me
(My character) my character
(My integrity) my integrity
(My faith in God, He favors me) but then, would not fall
(Will not fall) would not bend
(Will not bend) won't compromise
(Won't compromise) God favored me
(God favors me) I spoke life
(I speak life) and prosperity
(And prosperity) I even spoke health
(And I speak health, God favors me) He favors me
(They whispered) they whispered about me
(Conspired) they conspired against me
(They told their lies) they told a whole lot of lies on me
(God favors me) but God favored me
(My character) my character
(My integrity, my faith in God) my faith in God
(He favors me) He favored me
(Will not fall) and will not fall
(Will not bend) I'm not gonna bend
(Won't compromise) won't compromise
(God favors me)
(I speak life) I speak prosperity
(And prosperity) and I speak health
(And I speak health, God favors me) they whispered
(They whispered) they conspired
(Conspired) they told their lies
(They told their) ay (lies) but God favored me
(God favors me)
(My character) my character
(My integrity) my integrity
(My faith in God) everything was in question
(He favors me) but He favored me
(Will not fall) ha!
(Will not bend) I promised Him
(Won't compromise) that I woudn't compromise
(God favors me) although I was going through
(I speak life) and I spoke life
(And prosperity) and I spoke prosperity
(And I speak health) and I spoke health
(God favors me) say, "Yes"
(Yes) yes
(Yes) yes

(God favors me) Marvin Sapp, come here!
I don't know what you're goin' through
But I want you to know, tonight, you've got favor
(God favors me)
In your trial, in your test, in your hard time
Don't worry (God favors me)
Attack your character, attack your integrity
Don't worry, no, no (God favors me)
Touch your neighbor, encourage the person next to you
Tell him, "I got it", tell him, "I got it"
I can say yes
(Yes) to Your will
(Yes) say yes
(Yes) because I got it
(God favors me) through my crisis
(Yes) difficulty
(Yes) through my hurting
(Yes) I've found (God favors me) favor
(Yes) favor
(Yes) I got it, I got it
(Yes) I got it, I got it, ha
(God favors me) I got it
(Yes) and the Lord gave it to me
(Yes) you know what, y'all?
(Yes) I got another witness
Come here, D. J. Rogers (God favors me)
Wondering why I did not die?
I'll be happy to tell you why (God favors me)
No longer do I cry
When fake friends say goodbye (God favors me)
Some days, the well was dry
But I had the same reply (God favors me)
Evil wants to bring me down inside (hey God!)
But God said again I'll rise
(Yes) come on, everybody, say, "Yes"
(Yes) don't you let the evilness
(Yes) of your haters bring you down
(God favors me) oh
(Yes) oh-ooh-oh, oh
(Yes) God favors me
(Yes, God favors me) yeah-oh
(Yes) oh!
(Yes) yes, God favors me
(Yes, God favors me)
Oh, praise God!
Thank God, everybody
One more time, everybody, lift your voice all over this world
And say, "God favors me"
(God favors me)
