Hi, this is Johnny Poledo, chef at Poledo's
What makes Poledo's so wonderful is it's club sandwich, which is highly known for its frozen, yet explosive moisture crunch
This is achieved through putting lettuce, before the sandwich is made, running it under some water, wrapping it under some paper towel, and placing it in your freezer
Once that's done, you can continue with making your sandwich
Now, you should have already barbequed your chicken by now, so have that available on your plate at your side
Then, take some bacon, fry it up, nice and crispy, mm-mm-mm-mm
Put in three slices of bread in the toaster, toast them, take them out
So, let's begin
Put down one slice of toast
Follow with sliced chicken
Sliced at your pleasure and thickness, you know, this is your sandwich after all
Put on the chicken, run to the freezer, get out your... lettuce
Now, uh, hopefully the lettuce won't be frozen to the paper towel
But if it hasn't then just remove it
Put it on top of the chicken
Then, put on some crispy bacon

This might be the second layer of bacon, but bacon is good for you
And then you... mayo up a piece of toast
Put that on top
And then repeat the process for the second layer of chicken and bacon and frozen lettuce
Slice diagonally across the bread... sandwich twice
And you have a tasty club sandwich... with the explosive frozen lettuce because freezing it, you know, you get
The water, and it's frozen and it explodes when it melts

You take a box of Kraft Dinner
You put it into the boiling water
You boil the Kraft Dinner and take it out of the water
You put the butter into the pan
To melt
The butter
In the pan
You then put the Kraft
Pasta
Macaroni into the butter
And mix the butter
AND
The pasta
Kraft macaroni
You put in
The fromage
The cheese, the cheddar
Into the mix
Of Kraft and butter
You then
Mix all the cheese up SO WELL! UNTIL!
It mix up well
And put in the milk
With the cheese
And the Kraft
Pasta
Macaroni and butter
And serve
