I saw daddy kissing Santa Claus
Underneath the mistletoe last night
He didn't see me creep
Down the stairs to have a peek
He thought that I was tucked up in my bedroom, fast asleep
And I saw daddy tickle Santa Claus
Underneath his beard so snowy-white
Oh, what a laugh it would have been if Mama had only seen
Daddy kissing Santa Claus last night
Yeah, child, I saw daddy sitting up in there kissin' on Santa Claus
Hmm-hmm, hey was up underneath the mistletoe last night, yeah
Oh no, huh, he didn't see me creep
I was going downstairs, have a little peek, you know
Yeah, he thought I was tucked up in my bed, hmm-mm
No child, you know what would have been funny though
Is if Mama would have caught it (hmm)
Oh yeah, Mama would have had a fit child
But I kind of would liked to have seen that, huh? (ha, ha, ha)
Mama, Daddy, Santa fightin', on Christmas Eve (ha, ha, ha)
But you know, I'm glad things worked out the way they did
Because otherwise, Santa might be dead!
'Cause I saw daddy kissing Santa Claus
I saw daddy kissing
I saw daddy kissing
I saw daddy kissing
I saw daddy kissing
I saw daddy kissing
I saw daddy kissing
I saw daddy kissing
I saw daddy kissing
