Lyrics
Well, Mary wore three links of chain
Every link was Jesus' name
Keep your hands on that plow, hold on
Hold on (Hold on), hold on (Hold on)
Keep your hands on that plow, hold on
Hey, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John
Older disciples are dead and gone
Keep your hands on that plow, hold on
Hold on (Hold on), hold on (Hold on)
Keep your hands on that plow, hold on
Peter was so nice and neat
He wouldn't let Jesus wash his feet
Keep your hands on that plow, hold on
Hold on (Hold on), hold on (Hold on)
Keep your hands on the plow, hold on
Jesus said, "If I wash them not
You got no savior in this lot"
Keep your hands on that plow, hold on
Hold on (Hold on), hold on (Hold on)
Keep your hands on that plow, hold on
Peter got anxious then he said
"You washed my feet, my hands, my head"
Keep your hands on that plow, hold on
Hold on (Hold on), hold on (Hold on)
Keep your hands on that plow, hold on
I got my hands on the Gospel plow
Won't take nothin' for the journey now
Keep your hands on that plow, hold on
Hold on (Hold on), hold on (Hold on)
Keep your hands on that plow, hold on
Hold on (Hold on), hold on (Hold on)
Keep your hands on that plow, hold on
