Lyrics
There'll be atom bombs bursting the world all aflame
When the power of Satan tried to stamp out God's name
No mortal that's living will be able to stand
When the fire of the atom starts burning our land
God said he would show wonders from heaven above
People die in terror for rejecting God's love
Fire, smoke, and vapors from the heavens welcome
The vengeance of God for the evil we've done
Some of God's chosen prophets in the Bible were told
Ducked down through the ages, saw our history unfold
They saw blood flow like water and eye in dismay
They saw fire fall from heaven, saw bombs on the way
Then come out of that heaven ain't a mighty plane
Bombs of destruction to purge the world of sin
Earthquakes and lightnings and the whole world at war
But the fire of the atom will be greater by far
That fire surely coming ever broadening its path
And will cry for the rocks to hide them from God's own wrath
They would not heed the warning that's been preached far and near
With their souls lost forever, they will die in despair
Now this war for supremacy will increase its pace
The plan of mad dictators to destroy all that reigns
We who hath salvation and trust in Jesus' name
Shall be called up to meet him, and be saved from the flame
