Lyrics
There's a hunger in our city There are needs we cannot hide
But with hands of love and mercy We can turn the tide
Every plate becomes an offering Every cup a holy gift
When we serve the least among us Their burdens we help lift
Hands of compassion, hearts full of love Serving our Savior with grace from above
Each one we help feed is Jesus in need Hands of compassion, His love makes complete
Not just food for empty stomachs But hope for hungry souls
Sharing Christ in every action Till His love makes whole
Let us never grow too busy To stop and share His care
For in serving one another His love we declare
Hands of compassion, hearts full of love With grace from above
Each one we help feed is Jesus in need Hands of compassion, His love makes complete
